Lexington Green

Since the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary in Newtown, Connecticut the gun banners have been out in force. The lemmings of the left have been parroting their every talking point while being completely unable to hold a calm and rational discussion on the issue of gun control. I've spoken with many of the lemmings and many self admitted 2nd Amendment supporters. We all know where the lemmings stand, they want to ban anything that Obama and his crew decide to ban. Most of the self admitted 2nd Amendment supporters are nothing more than talk, so afraid that they may actually have to do something more than complain.

I've also read some very passionate and intelligent articles from real 2nd Amendment supporters, the kind that are willing to put their money where their mouths are and take the hard road when there is no other choice. To you, my brothers and sisters, I say that I am with you. Some have called for packing your bag with food, cleaning your firearms, and get ready to head out the door after kissing your family for what may be the last time. I've been ready for several years, my bags have been packed and ready to go.

We are approaching the point of no return. Soon we will be called out to Lexington Green, summoned to protect the powder and the shot. When we answer the call we will be young and old, men and women, able and less able. Some will answer the call knowing that baring a divine miracle they will not get to see the end of the road when Liberty once more flows throughout the land. There will be those who want to answer the call but will be unable to take the field, those good people will do everything they can to support those who do take the field.

There will also be those who will not answer the call, who despite professing their support for the 2nd Amendment and Liberty are too accepting of the chains they have allowed to be placed upon them. Their excuses are legion - "I have children" or "I'm too old for this" or "I'm not ready, I don't have the equipment I will need" or "I'm injured". Previously, in my discussions with them I have let those excuses slide and told them to do what they could and explained the many ways they could support those in the field.

No more!

I know senior citizens who will be taking the field, knowing full well that they will likely die in the first battle they see. They are content knowing that they will be answering the call and knowing that they took one enemy with them. They will have done their part and their descendants will be able to speak proudly of them.

While I am not a senior citizen I am no spring chicken and have my share of well earned gray in my hair and beard. Nor am I hale and healthy. And yes, I do have children as well as young nieces and nephews who will not get to see their uncle again... and one day I will have grand children who will grow up never knowing their grandfather. After accidents and injuries I have a bad back, messed up shoulder, knees that have seen better days, a leg that isn't what it should be and I'm carrying around some extra weight too. Do I have all the equipment I will need, probably not, but I know there will be others that will have extras. In fact I think many will be surprised at just how much gear will be waiting to outfit those who answer when called to Lexington Green.

I don't want this. I would much rather the coming Revolution could be avoided, but those who want to ban guns, a government on the verge of tyranny, have set the course and will not change it so long as there are cannon fodder to throw into the fight.

So, my older, somewhat broken, fat self will answer the call to Lexington Green with what equipment I have. Maybe I will find a young, healthy Patriot who needs some gear and is willing to carry some of mine in exchange for it's use while I have his or her back and after I have no use for it anymore. I have no illusions that I will see the other side, and I may fall in the first battle, but I will have done my part. You see, I know that Liberty will prevail in the end, I will do my part whether I live or die. Perhaps for me there will be a divine miracle and one day I will be able to tell my grand children about my small part in restoring Liberty.

I could use all the excuses that are used by many for why they will not answer the call to Lexington Green but I choose not to. Unlike you I have one excuse you do not - "I was not born here, this is not my fight". However, I chose to live here, my family is American. I will defend the Constitution and I will fight for Liberty!

So when you see me on Lexington Green call me "brother", for although I was not born of this land, your "brother" I will be.

Gun Control and a new Assault Weapon Ban

I feel the need to post once more. The past several weeks have seen a flurry of calls for additional gun bans. Several states have put forth proposed bans that would affect just about every modern firearm in existence, just about every firearm made in the last 100 years. This would effectively disarm the American public.

I'm not going to go into the 2nd Amendment, Supreme Court of the US decisions where they said the 2nd Amendment was an individual vs a collective right, historical documents that support this, etc.

These are all logical and undisputed facts, something the gun banners just ignore. Instead, like the anti-gunners out there I will deal with emotion and feelings.

It is about the worst dictators and murders of the 20th century and how after they banned guns they committed mass murder and what are universally agreed were crimes against humanity. Those dictators and mass murders killed more than 30 million people in the 20th century.

If you support gun control then you're agreeing with the 20th centuries worst dictators and murders - Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Pol Pot, Amin and others. Collectively they murdered over 30 million defenseless men, women & children after they outlawed guns. If you agree with them on banning guns and disarming the public what other policies of theirs do you support? If you want to ban guns and disarm the public what will you do or call for next?

How is it reasonable to support their actions? How is it reasonable to support what is universally agreed were crimes against humanity? How can we not wonder if you will follow more of their actions when leaders of your ranks have already publicly called for the murder of pro gun advocates and pro gun groups? How can it be reasonable for anyone to trust you at all?

Why The Hard Line?

Some people new to the militia have questioned why many in the militia for any length of time have taken a hard line regarding where things stand with the “government”. They often say that there has to be a peaceful way to resolve the issues between the People and the “government”. They say that we must try every peaceful avenue before we start talking about armed conflict. What these people new to the militia do not understand is that the militia has tried peaceful avenues in the past.

Any issue between two people or two groups can only be resolved when both parties are willing to work towards a resolution. If one party is unwilling to work towards a resolution then resolution can never be found. In the lead up to the American Revolution the colonists prepared for war with Britain at the same time that they petitioned Parliament and the King for a peaceful resolution to the issues. We all know what happened, peaceful avenues of resolution failed – Parliament and the King were not willing to work towards a peaceful resolution.

It is apparent to any who wish to see that the federal government does what it wishes and ignores the People. The latest example of this is the recent government bailout of banks and other large corporations that made poor business decisions and were on the verge of bankruptcy. An overwhelming majority of the People were against the federal government bailing out the banks and corporations, yet the federal government still went ahead with the bailout.

It is said that we should vote our elected representatives out of office if they fail to do what we instruct them to do. In a functioning electoral system this would work, however since 2000 we have seen many accusations and some proof of vote rigging and improprieties. If the vote is rigged how can the People ever hope to succeed in this peaceful avenue of resolution of taking back the federal, or any other level of, government?

In the last federal election cycle we saw Ron Paul being ridiculed by the main stream media even though in nearly every poll they took asking who won the debate Ron Paul was the clear winner. The system is set up to exclude so called “third party candidates”. Why is this if not to maintain the status quo? It seems that special interest groups have more influence with our elected representatives than we do, why is that?

Congress creates laws that they have not read. Members of congress over the years have said that they know some of the bills they are voting on are unconstitutional but it is for the courts to fix. Congress votes on bills that give up American sovereignty to foreign interests. Congress votes themselves raises whenever they want, would your employer allow you and the other employees to decide on what wage you will receive?

Bob Schulz and We The People Foundation have been trying to get the federal government to answer one very simple question via Constitutional means – redress of grievances – for some years now. The government has been non-responsive and refuses to answer the very simple question of “Where is the proof that the federal government has the right to collect income tax from average citizens?”. If the federal government has nothing to hide then why refuse to answer this one simple question?

Some people question whether Barack Obama is a naturally born citizen or not. Several court cases have been filed to demand that he prove that he is a naturally born citizen, most have been thrown out of court for one reason or another. Barack Obama has spent millions of dollars making sure that the question is not answered. He claims to have been born in Hawai'i, he claims that he proved he was born there yet what he proposed as proof does not in fact prove that he was born in Hawai'i (those certificates were issued to people born outside of Hawai'i). Some experts on documents have even declared that what was posted was a forgery. He has also hidden all of his other records, such as school records. The simplest way to resolve this issue is for him to bring forth his “long form” birth certificate and answer the question once and for all? Why the reluctance to do this?

The questions and issues raised above are given as examples. It is not so much the questions or issues themselves as much as it is the reluctance of the government to resolve what are seemingly very simple issues. If the government and people involved have nothing to hide then why all the evasive tactics, actions and misdirection? For every example concerning the federal government there are just as many, if not more, examples from state and local governments but we are concentrating on the federal government in this article.

Now that we have some examples let us move to another aspect of this.

Governments at all levels are created by the People. The People created the governments to act as referees in matters between two or more People and ensure that everyone is treated equally. There are many day to day things that the People did not want to deal with so they invested the government with certain powers to deal with those areas on behalf of the People. A business owner will hire managers and others to see to the day to day running of his or her business so that he or she can attend to other things. A group of people who own a business may do the same thing. This is exactly the case with governments, the people hired managers (elected representatives) to run the day to day business. Other employees of the business can be hired by the managers, these are the civil servants and bureaucrats from the street sweeper to the dog catcher to the local police officer – all are employees of the business owners. In the case of the Several States it is the People who these civil servants and bureaucrats work for. When was the last time that a civil servant or bureaucrat showed you the respect you are due?

If you do not believe that the People created government let me provide a few quotes from three Founding Documents that prove that the People created government.

The Declaration of Independence:
governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

The Constitution for the United States:
We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The Bill of Rights
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

There you have it. Three Founding Documents that say that the People created the federal government. You will find that each of the Constitutions of the Several States have similar language. Why? Because without the People to create the government there would be no government.

With all of that background it should be apparent that government at all levels should obey the will of the People in the republic form of government we have. A republic form of government is not a democracy. In a democracy 51% of the people could vote to take away the rights of people with red hair, in a republic it doesn't matter if 90% of the people vote to take away the rights of people with red hair because doing such violates the Constitution and the rights of the People who have red hair. So there are limits on what the majority can do.

Now back to the question of taking a hard line. This is not the first time that the People have been in this position – being at odds with the federal government. The last time things where close to this bad was in the 1990s. There were times before that as well, but we will deal with the 1990s since there is so much information available.

In the 1990s the federal government was out of control. Many of the People where afraid of what was going to happen next so they joined militias. The government of course feared the militias because an armed and motivated populace could change the government – something mentioned and provided for in the Founding Documents.

A little research will turn up a lot of information about this time period and the PR campaign the government waged against the militias. Many of us have heard about Ruby Ridge, Waco and the Freemen of Montana. If you have not then you should do a bit of research to bring yourself up to speed, look at all sides not just the government and media side – you owe it to yourself to have as much information as possible.

This isn't a research paper on the 1990s, and I am not going tell you what to think. I am simply going to point out a few things, one of which is The Knob Creek Declaration. In essence The Knob Creek Declaration was the final communique from the militias to the federal government. It speaks for itself well and can be read below.

The Knob Creek Declaration:

DECLARATION

Our respect for the opinions of the Citizens of the several States demands that we state the reasons for our actions. Our governments have deprived the Citizens of the several states of their God given rights by ignoring the letter and spirit of our Constitutions, as written by our forefathers and given to us in trust.

We have warned the People, from time to time, of attempts by legislators to take unlawful control of our lives. Some have listened, some have not.

Our grievances have fallen on deaf ears of legislators, and the voice of justice is silent in our courts. Bureaucrats, representatives, senators, judges, and our executive officers have no respect for the Constitution which defines the role and limits of government.

The Declaration of Independence of 1776 clearly states the terms and reasons why we, the People, have the right, and duty, to restore our lawful Constitutional Government.

Therefore:

We, the People, acting in accordance with the Second Article of Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America, hereby declare and affirm the following:

While endorsing no position concerning their beliefs, we DEMAND that the sovereign Citizens of Justus Township, Montana stand before a Constitutional Grand Jury, convened and conducted in strict accordance with Articles of Amendment (commonly known as the Bill of Rights) V, VI, and VII to the Constitution of the United States of America, to answer the complaints against them. We demand that all the facts of their case be examined without prejudice, with due process, in an open and public manner. The Citizens of Justus Township have given their pledge to abide by the decisions of this Grand Jury.

During the current unlawful activity of federal officers in Justus Township, and in numerous previous atrocities we have witnessed, we have restrained our brethren who would halt this string of abuses by force of arms. With each abuse by unlawful authority, we have found this more difficult. This has also been more troubling to our own consciences.

Should any citizen be injured, or suffer loss of life, now or in the future, by unlawful authority, and/or without due process, or if any action is taken against any signer, their families, or any supporter of this Declaration, it will be considered an act of war against all the Citizens of all the States. We will then no longer restrain our brethren from the use of whatever lawful force is necessary to eliminate the threat of unlawful federal enforcement authority. These Rules of Engagement will continue until such authority has returned to its Constitutional jurisdiction.

Our efforts are for the restoration of Constitutional government. We do not threaten violence to our fellow Americans, nor will we tolerate indiscriminate destruction of lives and property. If we are to restore the Constitutional guarantees for our children, we must use the lawful means available to us. We will depend on our Creator for judgement of our actions.

THIS DECLARATION IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The Year of our Lord 1996, April 14

After this communique the federal government backed off. Over time some folks became less active in the militias, perhaps they felt that they had won the battle and other means should be used to win the war. These hopes have proven to be wishful for things have gotten worse.

It is not just those in the militia that see this. State Representative Sam Rohrer of Pennsylvania sees it as well and wrote an open letter to Barack Obama earlier this month, you can read it here.

Once you have done some research you will better understand why those who have been in the militia for some time are taking a hard line. We have tried peaceful avenues in the past and are even now trying them. To date they have failed because the federal government does not want them to succeed for that would mean a return to limited Constitutional government and they would lose a great deal of the power they have stolen. We do not want another revolution and the bloodshed involved with it, but we are prepared for revolution and bloodshed if that is the route the federal government chooses to take.

Many feel that the decades spent to date working on a peaceful resolution has been enough time. It is obvious the federal government does not want a peaceful resolution and it is just about time for the armed conflict to begin. We did not choose this path but it is before us and we will not shy from it. Like punishing an errant child, we do not relish or look forward to it but we want it done and over so we can move on to life as it should be.

The Numbers Game

Resistance is futile we are told by the government. They would like us to believe that, they really would. They hope that they can convince the People that there is no way to win against the government and all of their forces. But is what they would like us to believe really true? Lets us talk about numbers for a moment.

Let us first start with the police presence in America, as I mentioned in my article The Thin Blue Line:

"...according to FBI statistics from 2007 www.fbi.gov/ucr/cius2007/police/index.html Table 76 there where 71,847 state police and in Table 77 there where 1,636,061 local, city and county police in the Several States. The total for all police at the local, city, county and state level is 1,707,908. According to Table 77 the population in the Several States was 285,866,466. If we round those numbers up to account for expansion since then we get 1.8 million police, actual sworn officers excluding "civilian employees" and a population of 286 million people in the Several States."

After I wrote that article I started to wonder about other force options available to the government. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_size_of_armed_forces lists the active duty and reserve numbers for 167 nations of the world, including America. These numbers seem to be current as of 2006 or so. According to this information there are a total of 2,932,400 active duty and reserve military personnel in the US. We'll ignore the fact this accounts for all services and includes non-combat troops, we'll just take the numbers as is.

According to http://www.bls.gov/oco/ocos159.htm in 2006 there where 2,097,700 security guards in America, with a fair chunk of those be police officers taking a second job to make some extra money. Again we'll just take the number as is.

If we add all those numbers up we have 1,800,000 police at all levels of government plus 2,932,400 military personnel plus 2,097,700 security guards. For this article we will round that number to 6.8 million.

According to various reports there are between 57 million and 80 million gun owners in America out of a total population of 286 million. I have seen reports of up to 295 million, but we will stick with the 286 million and we'll allow that difference to account for any increase in military, police and security guards, which we will call US government forces during this article.

So let us play the numbers game for a bit. If all the US government forces where to square off against just 57 million gun owners the ratio would be 8 to 1 (People vs US government forces). If all of the US government forces where to square off against 80 million gun owners the ratio would be 11 to 1 (People vs US government forces). In either case the US government forces would be vastly outnumbered in a conventional military battle situation. Let us be a bit more realistic here and say that only half of the US government forces would be willing to attack the people, that would leave US government forces at 3.4 million. Against 57 million gun owners the ratio would be 16 to 1 (People vs US government forces). Against 80 million gun owners that would be 23 to 1 (People vs US government forces). WOW! Those are suicide numbers in any conventional military battle situation.

Of course there are those who will say that the government will just bring in foreign troops. That same wikipedia article used above gives a total world military strength of 52,052,769 (including the US military). If we add the police and security guards we get 55,518,585. So with 57 million gun owners it is about even, with 80 million gun owners it is about 1.5 to 1 (People vs US govt forces + world military). Here is the problem for the government, if they were to bring in foreign troops the entire US population would oppose them, this changes the odds to 5 to 1 People vs US government forces + world military). A ratio of 5 to 1 is still considered an overwhelmingly superior force in military circles. But let us be more realistic, at best they will get half those numbers which changes the ratio of People vs US government forces + world military to 10 to 1, and that assumes that the People don't have anyone joining them at home and abroad. The best the government could hope for is one quarter of all the other militaries in the world or 13 million, this added to the 6.4 million US government forces for a total of 19.8 million or a ratio of 14.4 to 1 (People vs US government forces + 25% world military). Again another overwhelming superiority for the People.

Lets talk about some other numbers now, ammo numbers. Between November 2008 and January 2009 around 3,000,000,000 rounds of ammunition, that is billion with a "B", was sold in America. If we work on the premise that this 3 billion rounds of ammunition was stored away for the fight people saw on the horizon it means 53 rounds for every world soldier and US government force member. If only 10 % of those rounds shot hit their target it means being shot 5 times. If we use our 19.8 million number we end up with 151 rounds per soldier or be shot 15 times if only 10% of the shots hit. Keep in mind that most gun owners are good shots and hit far more than 10% of the time. Large caliber firearms are also very popular as well, as are 12 gauge shotguns. I don't think I want to be shot five times by a .270, 30-06, 30-30, .308, 7mm, 8mm, .300 Win Mag or 00 buck. These ammo numbers do not take into account sales since January, which have remained record breaking, nor do they account for ammunition that was already in the hands of the People. No one really knows how much ammo is out there, but people with a million rounds of ammo for their own use is not all that uncommon... remember some people have been buying guns and ammo for decades. If you wanted a real idea of the number of rounds of ammunition in the hands of the People multiple what flew off the shelves by ten, and that is probably a conservative number.

The last numbers to consider are food numbers. Long Term Storage food was the other big item being sold when ammo was flying off the shelves. People are thinking that with a fight you need to have food that will sit on the shelf a long time and that you can use in the field. This spring saw a huge increase in the numbers of gardens being planted. People are getting ready for whatever happens and for as long as it takes.

So ask yourself - is it really futile to resist given these numbers? Factor in the simple fact that the People will be waging a guerrilla war for the most part - think Vietnam, Irag Afghanistan and how badly the world's most powerful military has done and is doing. Not to mention that the People are far better armed and trained than the Viet Cong or the "insurgents" in Iraq and Afghanistan and there will be no "green areas" for the forces of evil to fall back to. The numbers do not lie, there is no way for the government to win against the People. Do not believe the lie. Even the Pentagon's own war games tell them that the US military vs the militia (People) ends up with the militia (People) winning every time.

The numbers say that the government line of "resistance is futile" is pure BS. The numbers say the score will be The People: 2 Tyrants: 0. I guess the final question for those who think going against the People is a good move would be "Do you really want to be on the losing side?"

The Thin Blue Line

I've been working on this article for quite a while off and on. The focus has changed several times during this period, but I think recent events have clarified the final article.

We have often heard the term "The Thin Blue Line" used to describe the police officers of all levels. This line is very thin, according to FBI statistics from 2007 www.fbi.gov/ucr/cius2007/police/index.html Table 76 there where 71,847 state police and in Table 77 there where 1,636,061 local, city and county police in the Several States. The total for all police at the local, city, county and state level is 1,707,908. According to Table 77 the population in the Several States was 285,866,466. I could not find numbers for federal police officers with the various agencies, but for sake of this let us say there are not quite as many as there are state police and use the number of 50,000. If we round those numbers up to account for expansion since 2007 we get 1.8 million police, actual sworn officers excluding "civilian employees" and a population of 286 million people in the Several States.

Now that we have those numbers, let us subtract the police numbers from the population numbers, we end up with 284.2 million People who are not police. That means that for every police officer out there there are 157.8 People. The Thin Blue Line is truly very, very thin.

Once upon a time in the Several States police were looked on with respect. These were the people we hired to protect and serve, to keep the average person safe, to break up fights, to investigate crimes and in general to keep the peace. We referred to these fine men as "Peace Officers". There have always been pockets of corruption and the odd officer who enjoyed abusing people and in general lording over the average citizen. These bad apples where always rooted out and fired or put on trial for their crimes. The focus of the Peace Officer was the peace in his neighborhood, everyone in his neighborhood knew Officer Murphy or Office Jones or Officer Baker and they knew they could rely on their neighborhood police officer to look out for them.

Today it is much different. Now the police officers are told that they are no longer servants of the People but that they are above the People. In fact, they are taught that the average person is their enemy. There is no discretion - an officer is there to generate tickets to provide income for the town, city, state, etc that he or she works for. In order to have discretion the officer would have to understand about the Constitution that he or she takes an oath to uphold and defend against all enemies foreign and domestic - by their very actions on a day to day basis it is apparent that these officers do not know the first thing about the Constitution... nor do they care.

We have near daily reports of police officers tasering the physically handicapped, the old and the infirm. Instead of resolving the situation by other means they use legalized torture to make the person comply. Police officers are told they are to be obeyed and that they may arrest anyone who doesn't immediately follow their demands.

What each and every person wearing a police uniform at any level, from local to federal, needs to know is that you have no more power than the average person. You also need to understand that you took an oath, and regardless of what you are told following orders is no defense - just ask German soldiers at the Nuremberg trials. You may consider the oath you took to be nothing more than a technicality to get the job but rest assured that the average person takes that oath a lot more seriously. That was an oath taken to us, and we hold your oath breaking to be the highest form of treason there is. You may be asking yourself why we hold your oath breaking to be the highest form of treason there is, the answer is simple - you are to protect the people you serve, the average person, from all enemies foreign and domestic and this includes politicians and agencies from all levels from local to federal. In the case of our sheriffs, you are the HIGHEST level of law enforcement in the county - you have the power to arrest every politician, judge, federal agent and indeed the President of the United States if they commit crimes within your county. Sheriffs have this power because the people granted them that power and elect them to their position, transferring some of the power and responsibility inherent in every person to the sheriff as their agent. The Constitution is not a document binding on the People, it is a document binding the government of representatives that were created by the People. In simplest terms, we created your jobs and as the creators of same we can remove those jobs.

Every police officer at every level must ask themselves why they are being told that the People are their enemy and why today they have more in common with the Nazi Gestapo or the SS, or Soviet police than the Peace Officer of America's past. Could it be that various levels of government have decided they want to rule over America like lords or tyrants as has been done many times throughout history? The way things are now it would appear that this is the case.

You may be asked to attack some of the People who are talking about things the government doesn't like. These will be average people who have decided that we must speak out and inform the People who may not notice where the government is heading or the path the Republic is on. You will likely be told that these folks are "anti-government militia members". Since the militia is made up of the body of the People there is no way that they can truly be anti-government as the "government" was formed to represent the People.

We have spoken with members of every level of police from local police to US Marshals, we have long known that the People have supporters in each agency, sheriffs and police department. In a recent conversation with a US Marshal we were told "you've got more people supporting you in the agency than you know". There are a lot of people in the agencies that are working with and supporting us. When you are told that you are going to raid some person's house in the middle of the night because they have talked out against the "government" you have to ask yourself some questions. Is anyone on your raid team sympathetic to the People? Do you know with 100% certainty that no one has contacted the person to warn them? Do you know with 100% certainty that no one has contacted the local militia to warn them about this unconstitutional raid? What if members of the raid team are with the People and the militia and decide to help defend the person you are raiding? Would members of the raid team fire on you instead of the person being raided? What if this is the event that touches off the Second American Revolution?

The People are getting fed up with the actions of government and police at all levels. Record sales of guns, ammo and long term storage foods show that the people have come to the realization that the situation in American today is like the one we faced prior to the Declaration of Independence and the American Revolution and that they must prepare for what is coming. Reports of what police, military and government officials are talking about seems to indicate that they see it as well.

Unless there is a drastic change by the government and a return to Constitutional government it would appear that we are on a collision course with the Second American Revolution. When this happens each and every police officer will have to make the choice to obey unconstitutional orders or uphold their oath. If you choose to uphold your oath then remove your uniform because once the Revolution starts anyone in a police uniform will be considered an armed supporter of the traitorous and unconstitutional government and will be shot like any other enemy combatant.

The People are sick and tired of the way they are being treated by their elected representatives and other employees such as government bureaucrats and police officers. You are either with us or against us, there is no middle ground. You are part of the People or you are the enemy of the People. Make your choice now before it is too late.

War has been declared

Today is Patriot's Day. It is fitting that this is being written today. Two hundred and thirty four years ago war was declared on the People by the British. On April 18th, 1775 the British governor in Boston sent forth troops to seize the powder and shot to ensure the colonists could not wage war against the British crown. In the early hours of April 19, 1775 the British were met in Lexington, and later at Concord by the very colonists Britain attempted to disarm. Patriot's Day celebrates the historic stand taken at Lexington and Concord and the start of the American Revolution.

Several weeks ago, the Missouri government declared war on the People via the “MIAC (Missouri Information Analysis Center) Strategic Report: The Modern Militia Movement” report. The governor of Missouri endorsed and stood behind the report, as did the head of their Department of Public Safety. Once the head of the Missouri Highway Patrol became involved some sanity was imposed – the head of the MDPS was forced to resign and all MIAC reports will now have to be cleared by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Now we have the Department of Homeland Security issuing a similar report - “Rightwing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment”, which similarly declares war on the People. DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano stands behind the report.

Both reports have similar “unclassified for law enforcement and official use only, not for public release” classifications. In other words, the People where not suppose to know what the civil servants who created these reports truly think of them. Thanks to the actions of some patriotic recipients of these reports the People where made aware of the contents of both reports.

According to both reports you are a terrorist if you:
- support the Constitution for the united States
- oppose the United Nations
- oppose gun control and support the 2nd amendment
- support immigration laws and are opposed to illegal aliens
- supported Ron Paul
- support the Libertarian Party
- support the Constitution Party
- oppose high taxes

Added tho this list by the DHS report are:
- being a returning military veteran who served in Iraq or Afghanistan
- support strong local and/or state governments

On April 15th an estimated one million people participated in TEA parties across America. That one million included people from across the political spectrum, including democrats. Our elected representatives and their media lackeys tried to spin the TEA parties as “disgruntled republicans” and “funded by the rich”. Some republicans and news organizations latched onto the grass roots TEA parties for political capital they could spend in the next election – they hope that by saying they agree with the People that they will get elected. Some media outlets also latched on to the TEA parties to try to increase their failing ratings while the vast majority of the media ignored or ridiculed the TEA parties and their participants.

Those one million people did nothing more than exercise their rights guaranteed by the 1st amendment, demonstrated their disagreement with the direction our elected representatives have gone regarding taxation. Yet now, due to the Department of Homeland Security report, these one million people are terrorists because they disagree with our elected representatives on the issue of taxation.

To those democrats, others who are left of center, and centrists in their political views who participated in the TEA parties I ask, how is it that you are now a “rightwing extremist” and a “domestic” or “homegrown terrorist”? Is it that our elected representatives have gone so far to the left? Is it that you have moved so far to the right? Or could it be that our elected representatives have moved so far towards tyranny?

We have a speaker of the House who has gone on record as saying that she wants more gun restrictions. She wants registration of all guns. She does not want guns to cross state lines.

We have a president who wants registration. He wants tougher guns laws and wants to bring back the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban (also known as H.R. 355, which can be viewed here: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/query/z?c103:H.R.3355.ENR:).

We have a vice president who likes to take credit for the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban. He would like to see a new Assault Weapons Ban – this time making it permanent.

We have an attorney general, Eric Holder, who has said he wants an expanded Assault Weapons Ban. The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban was passed while he was serving under Janet “Burn Them All” Reno as deputy attorney general.

We have a supreme court justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg, who says we should use the “wisdom” of foreign judges in our courts. The only foreign judges who have any bearing on American jurisprudence (only because American jurisprudence and the American judicial system is based upon the British model) are British judges and then only before 1776.

In proposed legislation at the federal level right now is a bill which is basically a new Assault Weapons Ban (H.R. 1022 from 2007 can be viewed here: http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h110-1022). Language in the bill would essentially outlaw all semi automatic magazine fed handguns because at some time someone could make a magazine that could hold over ten rounds. It does not matter if there are no magazines of greater than the ten round limit for the handgun, it is simply that they could be made. It would essentially outlaw semi automatic magazine fed handguns as we know them – you would either have a fixed magazine semi automatic magazine fed pistol or a revolver. Included in this new bill is language that would not allow grandfathering of existing guns - so if you own a gun that is on the ban list you would have to destroy it, render it inoperative or give it to the jack booted thugs. There are already many semi automatic magazine fed handguns that hold over the 10 round limit listed in the bill, they would be banned upon passage of the bill.

This same bill would also outlaw pistol grips or anything that could be used as a pistol grip on rifles. This means that your average hunting rifle “C” stock and thumb hole stock would be banned. In other words, just about every stock known would be banned since folding and telescoping stocks are included in the language of the bill. It would outlaw bayonets, flash suppressors, magazines with a capacity over 10 rounds and center fire “sniper” weapons and “sniper” ammunition. To these tyrants “sniper weapon” means your deer rifle and the ammunition for them. It could, and will be, interpreted that “center fire sniper weapon” means ALL center fire rifles. That would leave you with .22 and a few other exotic rimfire calibers.

If you think that you can still keep your black powder rifle you are wrong! All firearms including black powder .50 caliber and above would be banned because they are considered “anti tank” weapons. Most black powder rifles are .50 caliber or over.

And just so you don't think that you'll get to keep your shotgun, convert your shotgun gauge to caliber and most will be over .50 caliber and therefore an “anti tank” weapon.

The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban left some “loop holes” that allowed the People to keep, produce and buy firearms the government didn't want you to have. A new AWB would close these “loopholes”. No more private sales, no more gun show “loophole”, no grandfathering of existing firearms or magazines or other banned accessories. It is not a ban on all guns or a complete confiscation and disarming, but is as good as a complete ban and disarming. When they can ban 99% of the guns based on language it may was well say “all guns are banned”. They may not come for everything at once, but they will come for everything in the end.

If you need any help understanding the character of the president, vice president, speaker of the house or most of Congress you need look no further than 90 miles south of Florida. Fidel Castro, a communist dictator who banned guns in Cuba seems to feel that he has a good understanding of our president and Congress – Castro has welcomed our new president with open arms. Our president has said that we should revisit our stand on Cuba, and Castro has said that everything is on the table for discussion. It was a democrat president, JFK, who almost went to war with the USSR over Cuba in 1962. It was JFK who started the economic embargo of Cuba. JFK, a democrat, feared the spread of communism or socialism in Cuba. No president since JFK, not even democratic presidents, suggested that we welcome Castro and Cuba with open arms. Yet our current president and Congress are doing so and are welcomed by Castro with open arms – something that has never happened before. You have to ask yourself why this is. Does Castro know something about the current president and Congress that we don't?

Make no mistake, war has been declared. The president and Congress have declared war on the People. Conduct yourself accordingly!

Do you know where your family is?

The Revolution when it comes will likely be over in one of two time frames – quick and lasting only a matter of days, or it will be long and will drag out for a year or more. If it lasts more than a few days, months to years, we will see certain situations arise.

The Revolution could cause an economic collapse or it could be caused by an economic collapse. In either case average Americans will find themselves having difficulty with basic day to day living. Food will become scarce, paying the mortgage will be difficult due to lack of jobs. People will move around in search of work and food.

Rioting in the cities will make life difficult there. Homes will be destroyed by fire or by combat damage. People will have no choice but to leave and search for a new place to live. Some of those will end up in areas controlled by the militia. We are everywhere while our opponents are concentrated in cities and around bases.

Being brutally honest, when the Jack Booted Thugs come for you they will not care about your family. If your family is injured or killed they will call it “collateral damage” and say it is your fault. We know that they care nothing for women and children – just ask the Weavers or the families that lost loved ones at Waco.

When we are in the field they will attack our families because in doing so they hope to cause harm to us. Or they will take our families and tell us that if we want to see them safe again that we must turn ourselves in. This same tactic was used by the British during the Boer War – the British rounded up the families of the Boer guerrilla fighters and put them in concentration camps so that they were unable to lend aid to the men, and as a bargaining chip against the men fighting the British.

We already know and understand this. This is why we operate in our own areas where we can remain close to home. This is why when we operate further afield our families will not be without protection and defense. We will rest easy at night knowing that our families are safe.

So to our opponents we say this:

As militia we hold all of the People and all families sacred, even your family. We would never harm innocents and we would help your family if it is in our power. This includes helping your family who has lost everything get back on their feet. Yes, we would take your family in and provide for them even though you may be fighting us.

We would open our homes to them. We would treat them as our own family until we were able to set them up with a new home, the necessities of life, and a way for them to live and provide for themselves.

As things progress property will be destroyed and people will be displaced due to loss of home, fleeing from fighting or from rioting. Your family could be among those displaced. So before you obey that order to fire on those displaced people you need to consider that your family may be among them.

When ordered to attack that “militia” encampment keep in mind that we may have taken in your family. Before you obey that order consider that your family may be among the people there.

When ordered to attack that “militia” house consider that it may be your family in there because we took them in.

You can not protect your family if you are not there with them. When you leave you run the risk of your family not being there when you return. You run the risk of harming your family by not being there. Could you live with yourself if you found out that your were the one that harmed you family?

There are really only two ways to keep your family safe – to stay home with them or to join us so that we can protect them as one of our own.

When you are following your orders keep this ever in your mind: Do you know where your family is?

Why we must fight

Throughout all of recorded history, and all of human history, the bulk of the people have sought nothing but peace and prosperity. There have always been those who are lazy and wish for society to provide for them. There have always been the ultimate social parasites who want the bulk of society to worship and provide for them. They desire to rule the rest of humanity via tyranny and fear.

Over 200 years ago our fore fathers cast off the chains of tyranny and formed a new government. A Republic, they called it, where every man and woman was equal and none greater than any other. They wrote a Constitution that placed shackles on the government they created to serve the People of the Republic.

Unfortunately for us, once they won, our fore fathers showed mercy and allowed their enemy to slink away.

Since that time our enemy has hid in the shadows, venturing forth only to steal a bit of our Liberty and our Rights piece by tiny piece.

Now we find ourselves with a government that considers itself our master. Our elected representatives ignore our instructions while they line their pockets and steal the wealth of our nation.

Our justice system has become corrupt. We can no longer receive fair trials. Our juries are told that they must obey the instructions of the judge. We are told that our Constitution does not apply and that our evidence does not matter. Instead of being innocent until proven guilty we are assumed to be guilty until we can prove our innocence.

Our peace officers consider themselves of more importance than the People they swear an oath to. We can be arrested for arguing with a police officer, we can be tasered and beaten for not complying with their instructions fast enough. When these uniformed thugs are caught violating the Rights and Liberties of a citizen they are given a slap on the wrist and allowed to go back out on the streets.

The federal government has exceeded its constitutionally limited powers and intrudes into every corner of every state and into every aspect of our lives. They fail in their most basic duty to protect our borders. They pass “laws” that say they can ignore warrants and writs of habeas corpus. They infringe on every one of the Rights enumerated in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Behind all of this are the descendants of the enemy our fore fathers fought and defeated. The Founders warned us that this day would come if we were not vigilant. They were right, the day has come.

For long years we have tried to change the course the enemy has put us on. We have tried to peacebly vote their lackeys and agents out of office and vote our own people in. This course has not worked for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is voter fraud and other criminal activities behind the scenes.

We have tried to ue the courts as well as educating our fellow countrymen. It matters not what peaceful tactic we use, we are often arrested, tried in a kangaroo court and jailed.
They persucute us, destroy our wealth, destroy our health, threaten our families and even murder us. While they take these actions they also use propaganda in the media and education system to villify and persecute us.

The proof is there for those who choose to see. For those who choose to see, the only avenue still available to us is outright removal of the federal government.Unfortunately this will not come about without a fight.

Our servants have designated themselves our masters and they do not want to relinquish the power they have stolen from us. They have convinced the courts and many of the people that they have a right to use this stolen power. They also have control of the police and military, although not as many as they think.

The simple fact is that we must fight because we have been left no other choice. If we do not fight, the Republic will die and our children and grand children will be nothing more than slaves.

To use the line that our enemy has so often used on us when they seek to further erode our Liberty and further restrict our Rights - “It is for the chlidren”.

It is for our children that we must fight. We must fight so they can enjoy the Rights and Liberties that is their birthright. We must fight to ensure that they live free and prsperous lives not lives of toil and slavery.

Because the enemy intends to enslave not just the People of this Republic but the entire world, we must not stop at our borders as our fore fathers did, we must hunt the enemy down to the ends of the earth, rooting them out where ever we find them and destroy their ability to ever pose a threat to us again.

We must fight not because we want to, but because we have to. We must fight to get our country back. We must fight for our children. We must fight because the alternative is slavery and death.

Military Generals – Organizing the Militia

Recently there have been rumors that generals in the military are talking about organizing the militia.

On one hand this is great news. If the military generals are playing a role in the organization of citizen militias then it can not be said that the militias are not “well regulated”.

On the other hand I have to wonder why now?

Some think it is another plan by the government to infiltrate citizen militias. This could be possible, it may even be probable. We have been the subject of infiltration by the federal government before, and we will again. For the sake of this commentary I am going to take the position that these generals feel they need to do this for the sake of the People and the country.

My question to these generals is “Why now?” The People and the country could have used your help in the past. Yet you were not there. In fact when asked by the federal government you sent troops and armor to storm a church filled with the old and the young.

You did not stand up them. In fact, you helped murder the old and the young. In case you have forgotten that incident was Waco, Texas. Regardless of your thoughts on the religious beliefs of those Americans you swore an oath to uphold the Constitution – to defend against all enemies foreign and domestic.

It seems to many of us that you have forgotten the oaths you have taken and that you ignored those oaths when you failed to uphold the Constitution. It seems to many of us that you are more interested in your “career” than anything else.

Given your past performance, or lack thereof, in upholding your oaths and defending the Constitution and the People, should we trust you? Why would we trust you when you say you are now with us?

History has given us great reason to ask that you prove yourselves. While we would gladly accept the help of the military in the coming Revolution we do not expect much help. Many of us are ex-military and do not believe that we can expect more than 10 % to join our just and lawful Revolution.

We have tried to use peaceful means to correct the path the Republic has been placed on by our enemy, but those peaceful means have failed. We have been left with no other option but to fight. This is in no small part due to your continued lack of support for the People and your failure to uphold your oaths.

Our plans, our training and our hopes are made without expectation of help from the military. We have had to make our plans based on situations where we would be opposed by the military. As much as this pains and saddens us we have had no indication that the military would side with the People in their lawful and Constitutional exercising of our Rights and Duties.

Although we have been maligned, ridiculed, harassed, threatened, thrown in jail and even murdered we have remained resolute and steadfast to our duty to our families, countrymen and our Constitution. Through all of this you have remained on the sidelines or as an opponent. You will forgive us if we remain wary.

Further, part of this rumor was the organizing of the militia along military lines. We are not the military. We don not think in rigid thought patterns, we do not operate as you do. If you are not one of us you can not fathom our capabilities or our ways.

For too long we have been told to expect no quarter. For too long we have been called criminals. For too long we have been called terrorists. For too long we have been told that the rules of war do not apply to us.

Quite frankly, that suits us just fine. We understand only one rule of war – victory at all costs! We have no choice, if we lose then everything we hold dear will be discarded on the trash heap of history. We have no option but victory, so we will use any means and tactic at our disposal to ensure that we emerge victorious!

Unlike our Founders we will not stop at our borders. This battle was fought once before, mercy was shown to our enemy then and they came back for another try. This time we will pursue our enemy to the ends of the earth, we will root them out from whatever rocks they crawl under and we will bring them to justice. We will ensure that our children, grand children and great grandchildren will never have to face our enemy. We will destroy them, their power bases and their ability to try to destroy this Republic and humanity.

If you are sincere in your desire to aid the People then we will gladly welcome you. You will be welcome to fight along side us and to aid us. Remember that you serve the People and that while you may remain in command of your formations that you will do so under our command and direction. This is our fight and we will fight it our way. If you do not have the resolve for this or your ego will not allow you to do this then step aside and stay out of our way. There is no middle ground – you are either our ally or you are our enemy. You will either be victorious with us or you will be defeated and crushed by us.

Join us if you will, but you do so at the will and direction of the People.

Thoughts on a new Revolution

I've heard from friends who travel the country in trucks that it seems everyone can feel a revolution in the air. As they go from state to state they hear the same talk of revolution from people they would not expect to hear it from. These fine folks they talk to do not belong to the local militia, they do not listen to militia radio or visit militia websites. They do not identify with the patriot movement, they don't know what patriot radio is or what a patriot website is.

These fine folks espousing the sentiment that there is going to be a revolution are salt of the earth, dirt under their fingernails, blue collar, average Americans. These are the people who don't know that they are militia, as are we all, but these folks will answer the call when it comes.

Unfortunately it is these fine people, who lacking training, will suffer the highest casualties as they bravely answer the call. It is to these people that I write now.

Know my fellow patriot that your heart is brave and that we vastly outnumber the foe. Know also that due to our numbers we have superior strength and that from our strength, bravery and commitment will come victory.

It is my fervent wish that we achieve victory with the least number of casualties possible. It is with that goal in mind that I pen these words.

Over 200 years ago the Founding Fathers also rose up against a tyrannical government and threw off the chains that bound them. In doing so average men used the skills they had to conduct war on their terms. Since they had great skill in hunting, shooting and moving lightly they used this to their advantage whenever possible. We can learn from their example, and examples since in how to conduct ourselves in the coming revolution.

In the First American Revolution the Founders used the tactic of ambush and move. They would specifically target British officers, a tactic that was against the rules of war as the British knew them.

We will use those very same tactics. We will strike from a position of concealment at a place and time of our choosing. We will target officers, NCOs, and other targets that present themselves. We will shoot once and then fade away to strike at another place and time of our choosing. This does not mean that we will not see pitched battles, but it does mean that the average person will take what targets present themselves, fire one shot, and escape undetected.

Constant sniping and harassment of this type can very quickly demoralize an opponent. It also helps us in our goal to win at the least cost possible. If every person was to make one good shot and no more we would win.

One single shot from 300+ yards is very hard to detect. A general area may be identified, but the chances of 100% accurate identification is virtually impossible. The sniper is the most feared man on the battle field. We will become a nation of snipers taking only one shot at a time.

Many of you are going to go about your daily lives in as normal a manner possible. All the while you will be watching for the best time to make your one shot count.

Some will actively campaign, but they can not be everywhere at once. This is where the average person comes in. Passing along information and aid they will help to make sure that those who are actively campaigning will have the most effectiveness. As these average people are seemingly going about their normal lives they will watch for the opportunities that present themselves and they will act in the appropriate manner.

The appropriate manner will differ for each person. In some cases it will be actively campaigning, in others it will be that single well placed shot. For some it will be putting aside a bit of food, clothes, boots, ammunition, medical or some of the many other supplies needed to help those in the field day in and day out. Some people will pass along information, some will provide a warm meal, a dry place to sleep, medical attention or help in some other manner as needed.

Despite their desire, there are many people who will not be able to be in the field for one reason or another. Age, physical limitations or any number of other reason will keep some people tied to the area they live in or otherwise unable to take to the field. Some will be in a unique situation where they are more valuable remaining where they are than they would be in the field. There are many other roles that will be needed if we are to prevail. There is a role for every person according to their means and their ability. Find the right role for yourself and do your part.

A trusted police officer may be in the position to pass along important information. A member of the military may be in the same role. A mechanic can sabotage equipment he or she works on, ensuring that it will fail at a critical time. A cook could taint food before an important battle, a farmer could do the same with the produce. A doctor or nurse could provide information on casualties suffered by the foe, they could pass along medical supplies or provide medical attention as needed. An average mother who houses one or two troops could do any number of things from sabotaging equipment to passing along information.

Often it is the smallest of things that bring down an army. Lack of food, bad food, bad water, disease, inability to move, lack of sleep and many others degrade the performance of an army and demoralize them.

Random gun shots at night will disrupt the sleep. We all know what happens after a few nights of limited sleep. If doing this never use the same time, always pick a random time. You can have two or three people in different spots shoot at exactly the same time, this will create confusion as to where the shot came from.

If the enemy is sourcing their food locally you can use the opportunity to slip in some bad food. An army that is trotting to the latrines every 30 minutes is ineffective in the field and will require a great deal of supplies and man power to take care the incapacitated troops.

These are just a few ideas that can be used to ensure minimum casualties. Remember your goal is to be undetected and unharmed. Smile as you are planning your action and let the enemy think that you are on their side or at least neutral.

Pick your place, your time and make your shot or action count. Then go home knowing that if you do no more then you have done your part!
